The location was perfect, right on the outskirts of the city center and close to everything I wanted to see. The cat house restaurant next door was amazing and we ate there every day. The room had comfortable beds and a spacious balcony where we could relax and dry our clothes.
The bathroom could use a renovation, but it didn't affect our stay significantly.

The lady on reception was very nice, helpful, and accommodating. Clean and comfortable rooms with a satisfactory view. Convenient location with close amenities and a quiet atmosphere at night. The family running the accommodation was incredibly kind and tried their best to assist despite language barriers.
Could not be improved in any way.

We loved how clean this hotel was and how conveniently located it was to everything we wanted to see and do in this city. There was easy access to parking and transportation, and the hotel facilities were just what we needed. We appreciated the early-opening restaurant right next door and the delicious breakfast. The staff were some of the friendliest and most helpful we have encountered on our travels.

The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the well-stocked fridge and the affordable drinks available. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring both the Old Town and the markets, making it convenient for walking to nearby attractions.
That the AC in the room was quite weak, resulting in a stuffy and hot environment during the night. the shower, which was in a wet room, also lacked power.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in Chiang Mai for a week. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the old town and with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The hotel had one of the most reliable wifi connections I've ever experienced, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was well-equipped with air conditioning, a fridge, free water, a hairdryer, and a TV. The bed was very comfortable, and the hot water in the shower was a nice touch. it was a great value for the price.
Totally recommend this hotel.

Additionally, I appreciated the convenience of having parking available and being able to easily get transportation. One of the highlights was the delicious restaurant called the cat house, which was right next to the hotel. The staff was also friendly and helpful, despite some language barriers.

The location of this bike-friendly guesthouse was perfect for us. It was in close proximity to the city center and all the restaurants. We loved that there was a taxi service right in front of the place, making it convenient to get back to the airport. Additionally, the Cat House restaurant next door was amazing, and we enjoyed eating there daily.
The only downside was that the downstairs room we stayed in was not very private and quite noisy due to the neighboring businesses.

We found a lovely place to stay near everything Chiang Mai has to offer. We were delighted to discover a great restaurant next door that provided a wonderful breakfast. the location also allowed us easy access to the Sunday market in the old town.
I wish there was better sound insulation as we could hear some street noise occasionally.
